Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - shipping is free on every order.

Products

Are bulbs included with the lamps?
That depends on the product - check the product description and the "What's included" section on each product page. Sets marked "Bulbs Included" or "Bulbs Free" come with rechargeable bulbs; for the others you can find our rechargeable bulbs under Accessories.

Will the adhesive damage my wall?
No. The mounting strips hold firmly and peel off cleanly. Some of our lamps also come with a screw mount for a permanent install - see the product page for what's in the box.

Which walls can I mount on?
Painted walls, plaster, wood and most wallpaper. For brick or concrete we recommend a screw mount with suitable plugs.

Returns & warranty

What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Is there a warranty?
Yes - every EVELUME product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
