We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
How to return
- Email us at support@evelumehome.com with your order number and let us know why you would like to return your order.
- We will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that get lost in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you do not need to return the item or pay any shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Warranty
All EVELUME lighting products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
