Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. During sale periods delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. At checkout you can optionally choose priority handling for a small fee.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at support@evelumehome.com and we will investigate immediately.

If your order takes longer than expected, reach out - we will always find a solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.
