These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders

An order is final once you receive the order confirmation email. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with the option of a replacement, a delay or a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are stated in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help resolve issues.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. EVELUME lighting products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
