That depends on the product. Sets marked "Bulbs Included" or "Bulbs Free" come with rechargeable bulbs. For our other lights you can add rechargeable bulbs separately - you'll find them under Accessories. Check "What's included" on each product page to be sure.

First check that the USB-C cable is pushed in fully on both ends, then try a different USB wall adapter and socket. Leave the bulb to charge for a few hours before testing again. Still not charging? Email us at support@evelumehome.com with your order number - your bulb is covered by our 2-year warranty.

Adhesive needs a clean, dry and smooth surface. Wipe the spot with a dry cloth (no oily cleaners), make sure fresh paint has fully cured, then press the wall plate firmly for at least 30 seconds and wait a few hours before adding the bulb and shade. Very rough or porous walls such as brick and concrete are better suited to a screw mount. Need help or new adhesive pads? Contact us at support@evelumehome.com.

Charge your bulbs fully before first use, recharge them before they run completely empty, and switch them off when you leave the room. Keep them away from moisture and extreme heat, and use the original USB-C cable where possible.
